Factory tour reservation application form

Please check the above factory tour calendar and apply for a reservation.
After submitting a reservation application form, the Manavis staff will contact you and confirm the details of reservation.

Precautions regarding application

・Application due is two weeks before your desired factory tour date.
・If you want to change the number of participants, please notify us by one day before the tour day for us to prepare.

Precautions on the day

・A tour takes about 60 minutes for one group (general explanation and tour route).

・Please note that you will be required to wear slippers, a lab coat and cap during a tour because of hygiene reasons

・There are stairs in the tour route. If you are in a wheelchair or use a cane, please write in the remarks column and let us know.
（*In house wheelchairs and canes are also available.）
If you have children with you, please also write in the remarks column and let us know the age and the number of children.
（*Children are also required to wear a lab coat and cap during a tour.）
・Please do not take photos/videos or record during a tour.
If you would like to take a photo or video inside buildings, please check with our personnel.

・Competitors visit is strictly prohibited.
