At our factory, the production line may be completely shut down for about a week, even though it is not New Year holidays. It is to inspect our vacuum emulsifier in the preparation room. Disassemble all three emulsifiers and check details. Remove rotating wings inside the device, check their condition, and replace the parts. In the second half of the inspection period, calibrate a load cell (scale for putting raw materials) in a dissolution tank at the top of the emulsification kettle to confirm normal weight.At Manavis, these large and small inspections and maintenances are carried out on a regular basis in a matter of course.We don’t make any incomplete excuses like, “The machine is currently out of order a little bit”.Machine malfunctions directly lead to product defects.People are responsible for operating machines, inspecting them for malfunctions, and repairing them. Our production line, "safety, security, and stability" is maintained because the things in a matter of course are carried out by people every day.And, of course, people ourselves also practice hygiene management such as getting dressed for work, hand washing, and preventing entry of foreign matter, at the time of entering the production line.
